Study Break: Video About City Dog, Country Frog

I had the pleasure of reading the Mo Willems / Jon J. Muth picture book City Dog, Country Frog at ALA. It is a beautiful collection of simple, heartful text and gorgeous watercolors. Might it be Caldecott-bound?

Grassroots Advocacy

Ahhh … after several long, busy days at ALA, I’m taking a break in the hotel room and putting my (sore) feet up.

Some school librarians have been working on a grassroots advocacy project. They’ve been gathering resources and taking a proactive stance.
