		<description>Hey All,

Glad to hear that my writing carries resonance with y'all---even if it can be uncomfortable at times! I know that the conversation in the spring was a learning experience for me, too---that's for sure. What I learned was just how passionate and articulate librarians are about their profession, and that carries resonance for me. I respect passionate, articulate people!

And glad to hear that my newest book and upcoming conversation look interesting, too. As a writer and a teacher, that's the greatest reward.

A few things to know:

1. The free downloads will be available only until Sunday of this week---so get there sooner rather than later!

2. Some people have been having trouble saving their downloaded copies. If that happens to you, email me and I'll send a copy that way. My address is wferriter at hotmail dot com.

3. While the free book download is only available until Sunday, all of the handouts---and several tutorials on using individual services---are permanently posted and available at http://go.solution-tree.com/technology. Those docs are likely to be valuable in and of themselves...and they'll always be free.

Hope this helps. While I'm proud to be a published author, I'm a big believer in making as much content freely available as possible. Intellectual philanthropy is never a bad thing.

Rock on,
